(1) Introduction
This website is operated by Practical Publishing International Ltd ("Practical" or "we"). By using our website, you accept in full the terms and conditions set out below. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, do not use our website.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time-to-time. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.
(3) Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise stated, we or our licensees own the worldwide intellectual property rights in the website and material on the website. All product trademarks and copyrights are acknowledged as the property of their respective owners.
(4) Licence to use website
You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages from the website for your own use. However you may not republish material from this website in any form whatsoever, or store material from this website in any public or private electronic retrieval system without the prior written consent of Practical.
(5) Limitations of liability
Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of this website, where no charge is made for the information it provides, you acknowledge that it would be unreasonable to hold us responsible for the accuracy or timeliness of the information, or any event or consequence arising as a result of the information.
(6) Accuracy
Whilst we take all possible measures to ensure the accuracy of information on the website, occasionally mistakes do occur. Practical cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information posted in error. In situations where incorrect pricing is mistakenly posted, Practical reserves the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.
(7) Confirmations and cancellations
Customers are reminded that any "confirmation" emails despatched by Practical are confirmations of receipt of order, not confirmations of the formal legal acceptance of the order. An order is not deemed accepted until we despatch the goods.
We reserve the right to cancel orders (or parts of an order) whereby circumstances beyond our control mean that fulfilment would be impractical or no longer commercially viable. In such circumstances we will contact you as soon as possible and refund any amounts paid.
(8) Cancellation and refunds policy on products purchased from our website
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item at any time from the moment of purchase through to seven working days after the item is delivered. To cancel, simply notify us during this period by emailing customerservice@practicalpublishing.co.uk. If you've already received the item, you must also arrange during this period for the item to be returned to us in unused and undamaged condition. We will issue a full refund for the cost of the item and postage, but reserve the right to apply an administration handling charge. Our refunds and returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
(9) Restricted access
We reserve the right to restrict access to the website, or certain parts of the website, at any time. We may provide you with a user account name and password enabling you to access certain parts of the website; in this case it is your responsibility to keep the user account name and password confidential. You are responsible for activities which occur under your user account name. We reserve the right to disable, modify or delete your user account and/or password at any time and for any reason and we do not have to disclose an explanation for such action taken by us but reserve the right to make such disclosure.
(10) Email newsletters
If you create a user account for accessing certain parts of the website, you agree to receive occasional email newsletters from Practical containing product news and special offers. You can unsubscribe if you decide you no longer want to receive these. We will not pass your email address on to other companies without your permission.

The Practical Publishing International Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Practical Publishing International Ltd ("Practical Publishing International Ltd", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Practical Publishing International Ltd's SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Practical Publishing International Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Practical Publishing International Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Practical or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Practical Publishing International Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

(12) Law and jurisdiction
This notice will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to this notice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
